Mr. Muraleedharan Manningal (Muralee) is a technology-business leader with 3 decades of experience in building and leading organisations, driving digital transformation and organisational excellence across BFSI, healthcare, education, and government sectors.

As CEO of the ICT Academy of Kerala, he leads strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and government to strengthen Kerala’s ICT skilling ecosystem and power its knowledge economy.

An alumnus of NIT Calicut and Purdue University, Muralee combines deep expertise in enterprise technology strategy, C-suite leadership, and leading Global Capability Center. He has successfully led large-scale digital transformations, earning recognition as an Economic Times Innovation Master, and IEEE Humanitarian Award.
