The program is open to SC community youth who meet the following criteria:

• Graduates from any discipline or individuals holding a three-year diploma.
• Final-year students or those awaiting their graduation results.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations and active presence on social media platforms.
• A strong interest in digital marketing, along with a commitment to learning and applying new skills.

• Mobilization to identify and engage potential beneficiaries.
• Detailed needs assessment to understand specific skill gaps.
• Training in basic IT literacy, core technical IT skills, and essential employability skills.
• Industry internships for hands-on practical experience.
• Placement support including job assistance, career counseling, and post-placement follow-up.
