The program is open to SC community Youth who meet the following criteria:

• Engineering or science graduates, or those with a three-year diploma in any engineering branch, with foundational knowledge in Mathematics and Computer Fundamentals (equivalent to Plus Two).
• Students who have completed their graduation but are awaiting final results may also apply.

*Please note, the ICT Academy of Kerala reserves the right to cancel the candidature if found ineligible at any point.

• Mobilization to identify and engage potential beneficiaries.
• Detailed needs assessment to understand specific skill gaps.
• Training in basic IT literacy, core technical IT skills, and essential employability skills.
• Industry internships for hands-on practical experience.
• Placement support including job assistance, career counseling, and post-placement follow-up.
