Mr. Seeram Sambasiva Rao, IAS, is the Special Secretary, Department of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Kerala. An Indian Administrative Service officer, he is widely recognized for his dedication to good governance and digital transformation in public administration. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Information Kerala Mission (IKM), spearheading key e-governance initiatives across the state. He also holds the additional charge of Joint Secretary in the Public Works Department (PWD). With prior experience as Director of Survey and Land Records, Mr. Rao has played a vital role in land administration reforms. His visionary leadership continues to shape Kerala’s digital governance ecosystem.
